Sweat sweat sweat
I started taking this and then had to stop for a while. So I have not seen any real results. But I can say, eat a little before you take it and take it as early as you can. I take it at around 830am and it seems to give me a little trouble sleeping. It does make you sweat like crazy though. So unless you are going to workout, I wouldn’t recommend it just for a energy boost. Overall it’s pretty good.

Let’s start with where it all starts MELTED - easy to swallow pills, extremely fast working. You’ll have energy and will be dripping in no time, and, in the right ways. I do recommend you have a granola bar or something to curb the hunger edge when you take it so it’s not on an empty stomach. Now for the REFORM - Tastes great and helps during a workout. Keeps your workout going and helps with recovery for the next day(s). I look forward to another purchase, the customer service response was quick and helpful, and once this runs out I will surely be buying more.
