Shipping Policy & Methods
Shipments:All orders are shipped within one business day (not counting weekends and/or holidays). Orders within the USA, are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS (APO & P.O. boxes). Once shipped, confirmation emails with tracking information are automatically sent to the email address provided with order. Please refer to tracking information for shipping updates. Standard Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping (UPS overnight, 2-day or 3-day) orders must be placed no later than to meet delivery commitment timelines. Expedited delivery is calculated based on BUSINESS DAYS (e.g. 2nd day air ordered on Thursday before 1 PM (EST) will be delivered Monday if not a holiday. Any order placed after 1PM (EST)can increase your delivery, on average 1 business day. UPS doesn’t deliver on Saturday Sunday or Major Holidays. We Ship Monday - Friday.
Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, customer must cancel the order prior to the order being shipped.
All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Any damage to a package should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 72 hours after delivery.
Customers are responsible for knowing the import regulations for your country. Please research all products to ensure they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once an order has been shipped we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will not have an issue, we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is one.If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee totaling 85% refund.We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress.We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their countries' laws and therefore are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs. Please know your import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and a refund will be processed for your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee once received
